All registered students, faculty members and staff of the Institute are entitled to register as members of the Resource Centre and to use the facilities & services offered for the purpose of their academic, research and administrative work. Use of Resource Centre facilities and services implies acceptance of Resource Centre rules and procedures.

The DA-IICT Resource Centre offers a membership to recognized academic institutions offering graduate, postgraduate and research programmes on request submitted in a prescribed application form. The State and Central Government Departments can also become members under this category.

• Rs. 10,000/- per annum (Service Charges/Access Charges.
• One time Registration fee: Rs. 2000/-

• Reference and consultations of resources.
• Access to subscribed online resources in the RC premises.
• Number of books to be issued: 4 books.
• Duration/Issue period: 15 days (One time renewable).
• Printout/photocopy of articles: Rs. 5/- per page + the actual postage/ courier charges.

The DA-IICT Resource Centre offers a membership to profit making institutions such as industries, R& D divisions of industries, corporate houses and organizations in public and private sector on request submitted in the prescribed application form.

• Rs. 10,000/- per annum (Service Charges/Access Charges).
• One time Registration fee: Rs. 2000/-

• Reference and consultations of resources.
• Access to subscribed online resources in the RC premises.
• Number of books to be issued: 4 books.
• Duration/Issue period: 15 days (One time renewable).

The Alumnus of DA-IICT can become a member of the Resource Centre on request by submitting the prescribed application form along with a photocopy of his/her degree certificate and two passport size photographs.

• Rs. 1000/- per annum (Service Charges/Access Charges).
• Security deposit Rs.5000.00 (refundable).
• One time Registration fee: Rs. 500/-.
• Life membership: Rs.10,000.00 one time fee + Rs.500.00 towards registration.

• Number of books to be issued: 2 books.
• Duration/Issue period: 15 days (One time renewable).
• Printout/photocopy of articles: Rs. 5/- per page + the actual postage/ courier charges.

Resource Centre serves primarily the DA-IICT community. However, visitors from other academic and research institutions, Government officials, prominent personalities from twin cities (Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar), officials from Reliance Industries and others associated with DA-IICT are welcome to use the collection and services of the Resource Centre on the site for a short duration. No borrowing facility is available to Visitors. Visitor pass is issued on producing of identification documents such as ID card, Voters ID card letter from the parent institution etc..
