Resource Centre Online Catalogue

RC provides a web-based access to the catalogue of books, journals and other reading materials available in its collection. A user-friendly web interface provides various options including author, title, keyword, etc., to search the library holdings. Members can also check the status of each book and overdue, etc.

  • Resource Centre catalogue can be accessed from https://opac.daiict.ac.in/
  • To view status of loans please login as a library user giving your smart card ID as a user ID and password.

Union Catalogue of Books
  • COPAC: This is the database of the holdings of the Consortium of University Research Libraries (CURL). It provides free access to the consolidated online catalogues of some of the largest university research libraries in the UK and Ireland.
  • The British Library Public Catalogue: This service provides simple searching and ordering of documents from the British Library's extensive collections.
  • FORSA Libraries Books Catalogue

  • OhioLINK: The Ohio Library and Information Network, OhioLINK, is a consortium of Ohio's college and university libraries and the State Library of Ohio. Users may search the combined holdings of 85 libraries.
  • Union Catalogue of Books held in IISc, NAL and RRI Libraries, Bangalore
  • Union Catalogue of Books: Union database of books represents the collection held by the participating libraries under the INFLIBNET Programme. This database covers monographs, reference books, conference proceedings, text books etc. which are normally classified by the universities under book collection. Currently, this database has several lakhs of records and is continuously growing. It provides minimum bibliographic information contributed by the universities about each book along with the library name.

Union Catalogue of Journals
  • ADINET's Union list of Current Journals
    Lists current journals subscribed by libraries in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. It gives information about 99 Libraries in Ahmedabad who subscribe to a total of 7159 journals. The list is being updated every year.
  • CSIR libraries Union Catalogue of Journals
    Lists current journals subscribed by all the CSIR libraries.
  • INFLIBNET's Serials Holding database
    Provides access to journals holding of different University libraries of India. The search interface is compatible with Internet Explorer.
  • MYLIBNET's Union list of Science and Technological serials
    Provides access to holdings of S & T libraries in Mysore city
  • National Union Catalogue of Scientific Serials in India (NUCSSI)
    National Union Catalogue of Scientific Serials in India (NUCSSI), the first indigenous database serves as an ideal access tool for serials holdings information. It contains over 44,000 unique journal titles with 2.68 lakhs holdings data of more than 500 libraries of major universities, S&T institutions, R&D units of industries , higher institutes like IISc, IITs and professional institutes in S&T disciplines within the country.
  • Union Catalogue of Biomedical Serials
    It is a database of the Serials holdings of major medical libraries in the country, which has been compiled by Indian Medlars Centre (IMC). Around 180 libraries are participating it. Please make use of Internet Explorer browser for better search interface.
  • Union catalogue of Current Journals
    Lists current journals subscribed by select libraries in Bangalore. It gives information about 13 Libraries in Bangalore. The list is being updated every year.
  • Union Catalogue of Periodicals
    Provides access to journal holdings available at some selected Economics, Management and Social Science libraries in India. At present 14 libraries have participating in it.
  • Union Catalogue of Science/Social Science periodicals
    Provides access to holdings of select management and development libraries in India, and one each in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Shri Lanka and Bhutan. Developed in continuation of the database built under AMDISA Project. In total 19 libraries have participated in it.
  • Union List of Serials received in IIT's and BARC
  • Virtual Information Center's Union List of Periodicals
    It is a database of union list of periodicals, comprising of subscriptions for 2002 from 17 Institutions who are member-partners of IKP Knowledge Network. Please make use of Internet Explorer browser for better search interface and to get search results. One has to Register to gain access to the catalogue.

Union Catalogue of Theses
  • Australian Digital Theses Program
    The aim of the ADT program is to establish a distributed database of digital versions of theses produced by the postgraduate research students at Australian universities. The theses will be available worldwide via the web. The ideal behind the program is to provide access to, and promote Australian research to the international community.

  • DiVA-Portal: Academic Archive On-line DiVA, the Digital Scientific Archive (Digitala Vetenskapliga Arkivet in Swedish) is a comprehensive description of a system developed at Uppsala University Library. A repository where the documents are archived is one part of the system.

    In DiVA one can find theses, dissertations and other publications in full-text from a number of Nordic universities. The DiVA system has been developed within the framework of the DiVA project which started in September 2000. The system is in full operation since January 2003.

  • E-thesis
    This site contains doctoral dissertations and other publications from the University of Helsinki. All of these full-text publications are freely accessible via the Internet.

  • Ethos (Electronic Theses Online Service)
    Electronic Theses Online Service (EThOSnet) project is part of JISC's (Joint Information Systems Committee) Start-up and Enhancement (SUE) Programme. EThOS aims to enable end-users to access the full text of electronically stored UK theses, in secure format, via a single Web interface.

  • INFLIBNET's National Online Union Catalogue of Doctoral Theses
    This union database covers the bibliographic Metadata of Doctoral Theses submitted to more than 130 Universities/ Institutes in India. It has over 1,53,206 unique records from all subject areas. This Data is contributed by participating Universities under the INFLIBNET programme.

  • Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations
    The Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD) is an international organization dedicated to promoting the adoption, creation, use, dissemination and preservation of electronic analogues to the traditional paper-based theses and dissertations.

    This website contains information about the initiative, how to set up Electronic Thesis and Dissertation (ETD) programmes, how to create and locate ETDs, and current research in digital libraries related to NDLTD and ETDs.

  • OhioLINK Electronic Theses and Dissertations Center
    The OhioLINK ETD Center is a free, online database of Ohio's masters and doctoral theses and dissertations from participating OhioLINK member schools. It contains the abstract for all included theses and dissertations. The full-text is also available if it was submitted.

  • PQDT Open
    PQDT Open is an online repository of dissertations and theses published on an open access basis. The full text-in PDF format-of each open access graduate work is available to any researcher for free. The authors themselves have opted to publish their dissertation or thesis as open access. Open Access publishing is a new service offered by UMI Dissertation Publishing.

  • Vidyanidhi Digital Library & E-Scholarship Portal
    This site enhances access to Indian theses and enlarges the reach and audience for Indian doctoral research works. It facilitate the creation, archiving and accessing of doctoral theses.
