Computer Society of India

In a span of less than 4 decades, the organisation has grown to an evitable size of 30,000 strong members consisting of professionals with varied backgrounds including Software developers, Scientists, Academicians, Project Managers, CIO's, CTO's & IT vendors to just name a few.


Indian Association for Research in Computing Science (IARCS)

IARCS aims at promoting excellence in Computing. It does so by facilitating interaction amongst its members, acting as a bridge between Academia and Industry and finally by elevating the quality of Computer Science education within the country.


IEEE

The IEEE (Eye-triple-E) is a non-profit, technical professional association of more than 365,000 individual members in approximately 150countries. The full name is the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., although the organization is most popularly known and referred to by the letters I-E-E-E.


IEEE Computer Society

With nearly 100,000 members, the IEEE Computer Society is the world's leading organization of computer professionals. Founded in 1946, it is the largest of the 39 societies of the IEEE.

SciDev Net - Science and Development Network

The overall aim of the Science and Development Network (SciDev.Net) is to enhance the provision of reliable and authoritative information on science- and technology-related issues that impact on the economic and social development of developing countries.


Science Initiative Group

The Science Initiative Group (SIG) serves as facilitator and catalyst for the Millennium Science Initiative (MSI), bringing together the various groups whose involvement is needed to establish a country or regional MSI and providing scientific guidance and oversight. SIG is governed by a seven-member board consisting of four scientists from developing countries, two leading US scientists, and an entrepreneur. SIG is administered by a small staff based at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey.
