NPTEL Video Lectures

The National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) which is an initiative by seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) for creating course contents in engineering and science. It is a project funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). Under this project it is proposed to create contents over hindred courses as web based supplements and hundred complete video courses, of forty hours each. The main objective of NPTEL program is to enhance the quality of engineering education in the country by developing curriculum based video and web courses. Currently, approximately seventy courses offered by faculty in various departments and to students at all levels (B.Tech, M.Tech, M.S., M.Sc., Ph.D.) are made available.

The Resource Centre has acquired most of the courses and are being made available on the intranet for use by faculty and student of the institute. List of courses which are of interest to our users are given below. You may like to directly select the courses of your interest and listen to the lectures.
