  1. Bell Labs Research India

    Bell Labs Research India, launched in October 2004, is located in Bangalore, India's silicon city. The research center is an integral part of Bell Labs, Lucent's world-renowned research and development arm. Our focus is on conducting basic research and developing novel software systems to deploy and manage high-speed, highly reliable wireline and wireless networks.


  2. Advanced Materials Technology Incubator (AMTI)

    ARCI has its own Technology incubator, spread over 10 acres of land. Incubator has the requisite infrastructure to attract entrepreneurs to incubate ARCI technologies before they launch commercial operations. AMTI has been promoted by ARCI & NSTEDB, Department of Science & Technology,Govt of India for entrepreneurs commercializing 'Advanced Materials Technologies' developed by ARCI/other academic institutions/Universities. AMTI provides needed interface between the industry/entrepreneurs and R & D.


  3. The National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN)

    The National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) is a network of academic institutions across India performing research and developing and delivering world-class education, skill-building programs, networking activities and company-starting assistance to new, high-growth entrepreneurs.


  4. Centre for Entrepreneurship

    S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), one of the top ten B-Schools in India recognizes the pivotal role of entrepreneurship as a driver of growth in our economy. SPJIMR has set up the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and has partnered with the Wadhwani Foundation to launch the National Enterpreneurship Network.


  5. Rural Innovations Network

    RIN believes many rural innovations can be successfully commercialized as micro-enterprises that benefit rural consumers and contribute to sustainable wealth creation. Once a model is established to transform ideas with potential into reality, a virtuous cycle comes in to operation, encouraging further innovation and wealth creation in rural areas. As an incubator, RIN impacts all aspects of this cycle - innovation, rural enterprise, rural users and wealth creation.


  6. SJCE-STEP Technology Business Incubator (Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Park)

    One of the first STEPs in the country. Developing and sustaining software professionals, to meet the challenges of globalization and contribute to the value added economic activity in the region through structured Human Resource Development and infrastructure support.


  7. TREC STEP Business Incubator (Tiruchirappalli Regional Engineering College-STEP)

    This is the first Incubation Programme of India. It has been successful in promoting more than 150 knowledge-based ventures. Promoted by Dept of S & T, GOI and attached to the premier education Institution NIT, situated adjacent to BHEL the public sector giant TREC-STEP enjoys the unique professional innovation ambience. Now trecstep works with World Bank Info Dev Group, UNDP, UNIDO and many others in the Incubation field.

    TREC-STEP rated as the Best Science Park is an organization dedicated to encourage the formation and growth of new genre of knowledge based industrial ventures of budding Science and Technology Professionals and to actively involve in transfer of technology and business skills to industries.


  8. NCL Innovation Park (National Chemical Laboratory)

    The NCL Innovation Park is a 43,000 sq m (10.6 acre) facility being developed by the National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, India (http://www.ncl-india.org/) to support the birth, growth and expansion plans of research and knowledge-based business entities through critical stages of their growth by providing ready-to-occupy space (with varying degrees of servicing) with easy access to knowledge centers (like NCL), knowledge workers, business networks and other resources.


  9. SRISTI

    Society for research and initiatives for sustainable technologies and institution [SRISTI], The main objective of the project is to build and enhance an ICT-enabled virtual incubator model for scaling up grassroots innovations. The project aims to link grassroots innovators with investment and enterprise opportunities.


  10. GIAN, Ahmedabad [Grossroots Innovatins augmentation Network]

    GIANs have been setup by NIF at Ahmedabad, Guwahati and Jaipur for providing incubation support to grassroots innovations and traditional knowledge from the regions of West, north-East and North India, respectively. In addition, GIAN cells are present at Tumkur and Madurai in south India.


  11. GIAN-NE

    To translate the grassroots ideas in to products, patents and nurture these talents to grow as green technologies (GIAN- NE) has been established to play a positive role with a mission of "Making India Innovative". GIAN-NE aims to provide a complete framework for making operational the concept of Knowledge Network for Augmenting Grassroots Innovations.


  12. Jagran

    Jagran is a forum that would like to be an enabler for social development in the country. Founded in May 2003, we hope to bring together individuals and organizations into an integrated framework that will help us build better perspectives, models and efficient programs for social development.

    Jagran is open to everyone interested in the development of India. They invite participation and constructive contribution of ideas, experience and solutions to problems.


  13. Wadhwani Centre for Entrepreneurship Development

    The vision of the WCED is to be a world renowned entrepreneurship centre by nurturing the spirit of enterprise in students and building a network to promote their efforts in the business environment. The WCED also offers entrepreneurs opportunities to learn and to interact with the right sources to build global competitiveness. The Centre has taken up the task of supporting aspiring entrepreneurs throughout the cycle, from conceptualization to grounding of their projects.


  14. NATIONAL DESIGN BUSINESS INCUBATOR

    NDBI is an initiative of the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad set up with the support of Department of Science and Technology and Department of Industrial Promotion, Govt. of India, New Delhi. NID is internationally recognized as one of the foremost multidisciplinary institutions in the field of design education, research, training and service. NID has been a catalyst in disseminating design awareness amongst Indian industry, as its graduates are active in every sphere of economic activity in the country. NDBI would attempt to inculcate a spirit of entrepreneurship in the creative minds of young designers designers, so that their ideas would get transformed into new products or services capable of being marketed and sold, giving birth to a new class of designpreneurs.NDBI is a comprehensive, all inclusive (technology, design, materials, processes and market survey) one-stop innovation and product/concept development nodal centre.


  15. Centre for Entrepreneurship Development & Business Incubation (CEDBI) IITMK

    The erstwhile Technology & Business Incubation Services (TABIS) group has been re-christened as Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Business Incubation (CEDBI) to emphasize entrepreneurship development activities. CEDBI offers a life-time opportunity for the young entrepreneurs apart from providing funding, technology resources and intellectual assistance for innovative IT and IT enabled services to be incubated and further launch them as successful business initiatives. IIITM-K has already successfully incubated one company (Transversal e Networks), which is making its present felt in highly competitive industry and market scenario.


  16. IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS) Innovation Laboratory

    This lab has been sponsored by HP's Open Call Group. The main areas of research and development carried out in the IMS lab are related to Video and Audio Streaming, Accounting, Security, and Device Management. Moreover, this lab also addresses issues related to Quality of Service (QoS) modeling in the IMS architecture with respect to differential traffic. The faculty, and students of iiit-b, along with scientists/engineers of the Open Call units of HP India, France as well as the USA, work together in different challenging telecom network problems. The IMS lab is one of the bright examples of industry and academia collaborating in all respects to develop some of the next generation telecom products.


  17. Center for Banking and Information Technology

    CBIT, a world-class centre of excellence for innovation in technology for banking and financial services set up by the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore IIIT-B , will be collaborating with leading Global Institutions like Pennsylvania State University, Massassuchetts Institute of Technology and Wharton Business School to promote education, research and Design, Development and Testing and validation of Technology Solutions for Banking and Financial Services. The centre is meant to 'Think, Demonstrate, and Deliver' IT services to the banking and financial services community.


  18. Media Lab Asia

    Media Lab Asia was promoted by Department of Information technology, MCIT, Govt. of India as a not for profit company in 2001. The objective of the company was set to bring the benefits of ICT to the common man. It started with the functional activity areas such as World Computer (Affordable, ubiquitous computing & access devices), Bits for All (Low Cost, High bandwidth connectivity) and Tomorrow's Tool (Rurally relevant applications). However it was later changed to application areas such as ICT for-Healthcare, Education, livelihood , Empowerment of Disabled , and Wireless Connectivity .


  19. Innovation and Incubation Center IIML

    The center has been setup with the purpose of providing support and necessary facilities for students to take forward their entrepreneurial ideas into workable business plans.


  20. STPI Jaipur

    The incubator concept has emerged word wide as an essential component of the infrastructure required for the growth of high technology and software development. Incubators provide the necessary help to nurture technology especially in small and medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) into commercial successes.
